Payment & Placing of Orders (South Africa ONLY)

WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE & WE RECEIVE IT

there are 2 Payment Options:

• You can pay on-line via a link from this website to PayFast.
  PayFast offers a well-established and highly secure payment gateway (3D Secure).
• PayFast gives you the option of paying via check card, credit card (Master Card or Visa) or Instant EFT.
• All PayFast payments are instant so there is no need to send us proof of payment and there will not be a payment delay.
• You can use our Banking Details to pay Crafts4All via Normal EFT.
• Payment is required within 5 Working Days after placement of Order, otherwise Orders are assumed as being cancelled.

Shipping

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible 

• Crafts4All NEGOTIATE & OFFER THE BEST RATES possible.
  We make use of the following Couriers:
  • Rush Couriers
  • The Courier Guy 
• Shipping Rates are dependent on the parcel’s Weight, Dimensions & your Delivery Address.
• We estimate that Delivery can take from 2 to 4 days in Major Centres but may take 4 to 8 days for Outlying Areas.
• Once the Parcel has been handed over to the designated Courier things are beyond our control for timeous delivery, however we only deal with Reliable Couriers. 
• Once your Order has been Processed & Dispatched to the Courier we will notify you with the Tracking Number & Details and we will Advise you as to when you can expect your parcel.
• Currently Courier’s DO NOT deliver after hours, during weekends or on public holidays.

Please note that Crafts4All’s Trading Hours are:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Closed Public Holidays, Saturday’s & Sunday’s

Due to COVID-19 we had no option but to work from home situated in Boksburg and we are accepting orders via www.crafts4all.co.za.

We have a secure e-commerce website and accept EFT payments and PayFast transactions.

Once your order is placed and payment is made we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection and Chantyl will arrange an appointment with you to collect from our home in Boksburg North, alternatively you are welcome to make use of our courier service available when you check out on our website.
